Two-Piece Clamp-On Shaft Collars
These two-piece clamp-on collars come apart for easy installation and go anywhere on a shaft, even between components. Each has two socket-head cap screws that provide a tight, uniform grip around the entire shaft without marring.
Black-Oxide Steel—Made of grade 1215 steel or equivalent. Black-oxide finish offers some corrosion resistance. Cap screws are alloy steel.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Same clamping force as black-oxide steel but with better corrosion resistance. Cap screws are zinc-plated alloy steel.
Stainless Steel—Choose Type 303 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. For superior chemical and corrosion resistance, choose Type 316 stainless steel. All cap screws are 18-8 stainless steel.
Aluminum—Lightweight with good corrosion resistance. Cap screws are alloy steel.Chrome-Plated Steel—Have the strength and corrosion resistance of zinc-plated steel with a bright finish. Cap screws are 18-8 stainless steel.
Nylon—Offer good chemical resistance and are excellent for food processing applications. Set screws are Type 304 stainless steel. Maximum temperature is 210° F. USDA, FDA, and 3-A compliant.
